Strolls in My City


Saint Petersburg is my city, I live here all my life. I love it and I miss it when I'm far from.
I want to show you this beautiful city in all seasons, with yellow leaves in fall, with the snow and fog in December, in early spring when the ice flows by Neva river. The summer morning walk is full of flowers, sun and blue sky.
Our first stroll is in winter time, before Christmas, when snow lies in the streets, squares, canals and bridges, the State Russian Art Museum and the river Moika...

Then we go for a walk in March, the sun shines, an ice and snow melts, the gilded griffins on a bridge wait for the spring...

The summer morning in downtown, we see many peonies and roses in the Champ-De-Mars (Mars field), tujas and petunias in pedestrian street, a fountain near the St. Virgin of Kazan Cathedral, the domes of the church Savoir-on-Blood are bright in the blue sky...

The fall is a beautiful season with golden leaves on the trees in parks and calm and clean river water. The Mikhail's garden and Palace, the forged garden fencing with tulips, the Summer garden and the white marble statues...

  4. Your city St.Petersburg is very beautiful and very old. I love the ornate domes of the church, impressive buildings and wrought iron work. Snow softens everything and Autumn leaves, rich in colour.
